Quick answer

The cheapest Canva Pro group buy in our data today is ₹296/yr (about $3.36) at eBundleTools (checked October 2026). Officially, Canva Pro costs ₹500 a month or ₹4,000 a year in India, and US$18 a month or US$144 a year in the US. India also has a cheaper Pro Lite plan at ₹199 a month (canva.com, checked October 2026). A group buy usually means being invited into somebody else's Canva team. It is cheap and works on your normal Canva login, but the team owner controls your access, and your designs can go with it.

Official Canva price vs group buy

Canva shows different prices in different countries. Below are the India prices (canva.com/en_in/pricing) and the US prices (canva.com/pricing), both read on 21 October 2026. Canva says yearly billing saves "from 16%".

The India Pro card also mentions "daily and weekly plan options". If you need Pro for one project and not for a whole month, that is worth checking before you buy anything third-party. Canva also says eligible K-12 schools and not-for-profits can use most premium features for free.

How a Canva Pro group buy actually works

Canva is unlike SEO tools in one important way. Canva itself lets an account owner invite other people into a team. Most Canva group buys use that feature instead of a shared password:

  • Team invite (the most common). You give the seller the email of your own Canva account. They send an invite to a team they control, and once you accept, your account shows Pro features. Google's AI summary for "canva pro group buy" describes this as the usual method, sometimes using an education workspace.
  • "Pro Education" conversion. Some Indian resellers advertise converting your free account to "Pro Education" with "lifetime validity". Canva for Education is a free programme for eligible schools, teachers and students. A seller charging you to join an education team is using that programme for something it was not meant for, and Canva can remove members it finds ineligible.
  • Extension or dashboard login. Some multi-tool sellers deliver Canva the same way they deliver Ahrefs or Semrush: a shared login loaded through their browser extension or cloud browser. You work inside their account, not yours.
  • "Personal" Canva. DigitaVision lists a shared Canva seat and a separate "personal" Canva option. Ask how the personal one is set up, because it is not stated.

What is usually missing or limited for Canva in particular:

  • Brand Kit. In a shared team, Brand Kits belong to the team. You may not be able to create one, or you will see dozens made by other buyers.
  • Team settings and admin. You are a member, not an admin, so you can't control who sees team folders or shared designs.
  • AI allowance. Canva's Pro and Business plans include a set AI allowance. How it is split across a big shared team is up to Canva's rules and the seller's setup, and heavy use by others may leave less for you.
  • Storage. The 100GB (Pro) or 500GB (Business) is for the team, not per buyer.
  • Print discount and billing. Business includes a 10% discount on Canva Print orders, but you won't see the billing side.

Session limits are less of an issue with the invite method, because you use your own login on as many devices as Canva allows. With the extension method you get the same one-device and auto-logout rules as other group-buy tools.

Risks of a Canva Pro group buy

  • It's against Canva's terms. Canva prices Pro "for one person" and Business "per person". A team of hundreds of unrelated buyers paying a reseller is not what those plans allow.
  • The owner can remove you, or lose the team. If the reseller stops paying, Canva removes unauthorised members, or the team gets too large, you drop back to Free overnight. Google's summary of this keyword lists this as the main reliability problem.
  • Your designs and premium elements. This is the risk specific to Canva. Designs saved in team folders sit inside the reseller's team, and designs that use premium photos, fonts or elements may not download cleanly once you lose Pro. Keep finished work in your personal projects and download final files as you go.
  • Other members can see team content. Depending on how the reseller set up permissions, other buyers can see team folders and designs shared to the team. Don't put client logos, unreleased campaigns or personal documents in team folders.
  • "Lifetime" and long plans. Canva itself sells only monthly and yearly plans, plus daily and weekly options for Pro in India. It doesn't sell lifetime Pro, so a seller's lifetime promise depends entirely on that seller still being around. ToolsPe lists a lifetime Canva Pro option, which we treat as a red flag.
  • Commercial use. Canva's content licences are tied to a valid subscription. If you sell designs or use them for clients, an access arrangement Canva doesn't recognise is a weak basis for that licence.

How to choose a Canva Pro group buy provider

Canva is the cheapest tool in most sellers' catalogues, so the price differences in the table are small in absolute terms. What separates the sellers is the delivery method and the terms. Check these against the table:

  • Price per month vs yearly. eBundleTools and ToolsPe sell yearly Canva options alongside monthly ones. A year paid upfront to a reseller is a year of risk paid upfront, so start monthly. Toolsurf bills every 28 days.
  • Delivery method. Ask before paying whether it is an invite to your own email or a shared login. An invite keeps your designs in your own account. A shared login means your work sits in theirs.
  • Refund policy. eBundleTools is non-refundable once activated and charges 25% to cancel within 24 hours. ToolsPe refunds only for non-working goods support can't fix, in 3–5 business days. ToolzBuy refunds in full within 48 hours of a first purchase if the tool doesn't work. DigitaVision gives a pro-rated refund or a replacement if a shared tool is down for more than 48 hours.
  • Payment methods. Most India-focused sellers take UPI (ToolzBuy, SEOShope, BundledSEO). DigitaVision also takes bKash, and several take PayPal. ToolsPe and eBundleTools don't show payment methods before checkout.
  • Trial. ToolsPe's listing says you can "get access before payment via WhatsApp", and Toolsurf offers a 10-minute trial. Canva's own free trial of Pro or Business is the cleaner test.
  • Uptime. Not tested by us. Invite-based access tends to fail all at once (when a team is removed) rather than in short outages, so a long track record matters more than a claimed percentage.
  • Copycats. eBundleTools and ToolsPe use near-identical product copy, and ToolzBuy and SEOShope share a template. They look like four choices but may be two.

Cheaper legal alternatives to a Canva Pro group buy

Canva is the one tool on this site where the legal route is often almost as cheap as a group buy, especially in India. Prices were checked October 2026.

  • Canva Pro Lite (India), ₹199 a month or ₹1,590 a year. It includes premium templates, 141M+ premium photos, videos and audio, background remover and resize, 3 Brand Kits and 50GB of storage, all on your own account. It has fewer AI uses than Pro. See canva.com/en_in/pricing.
  • Canva Pro on yearly billing. ₹4,000 a year in India works out to about ₹333 a month. Split the cost with no one, and nobody can remove you.
  • Canva's daily and weekly Pro options (India). These are listed on the Pro card. They are useful when you need premium features for a single deadline.
  • Canva Free. 1.6M+ templates, 4.7M+ photos and graphics, 5GB of storage and up to 20 AI uses. It is enough for a lot of social posts.
  • Canva for Education and Canva for Nonprofits. These are free for eligible K-12 schools, teachers, students and registered not-for-profits who apply through Canva directly, not through a reseller.
  • Adobe Express. It has a free plan. Premium is US$9.99 a month with a 30-day free trial, and Teams is US$4.99 a month per licence for the first year, US$7.99 after (adobe.com/express/pricing, checked October 2026).

FAQ

Can two people use one Canva Pro account?

Not under Canva's pricing. Pro is sold "for one person". For two or more people, Canva Business is priced per person (₹680 a month or US$25 a month each, checked October 2026), and each person keeps their own login inside one team.

How can I get a cheaper Canva Pro subscription?

In India, Pro Lite at ₹199 a month or yearly Pro at ₹4,000 are the cheapest legitimate routes. Daily and weekly Pro options exist for short jobs. Teachers, students and not-for-profits may qualify for free premium access. Group buys are cheaper again, but on the terms described above.

Can I buy Canva Pro for lifetime?

Not from Canva. Its pricing page offers monthly and yearly billing, plus daily and weekly options in India. "Lifetime Canva Pro" offers come from resellers, usually through a team or education invite, and last only as long as that team does.

Can I buy Canva Pro for someone else?

The straightforward way is to pay for a subscription on their own Canva account, or add them as a member of a Canva Business team you pay for. Both give them their own login and keep their designs in their own account.

How much is Canva Pro for 12 months?

₹4,000 in India and US$144 in the US on yearly billing (canva.com, checked October 2026). Prices differ by country, so check the pricing page in your own region.

Will I lose my designs if a Canva group buy stops?

You keep your account, but you lose Pro features. Designs stored in the reseller's team folders may stay with that team, and designs that use premium elements may need Pro to download without restrictions. Save finished work to your own projects and download it as you go.
